A silent and sharing retreat for women
4-6 May, 2018
Exploring the power of our wombs and the beauty of our cycles through silence, group sharing, deep rest, guided dynamics, connected movement, sound, and personal guidance.
Dear woman,
This year we organize another women’s retreat lead by the Open Dharma’s facilitator Gemma Polo Pujol!
The dates are: 4-6 May 2018 at Camp Spirit on the small uninhabited Tipi island called ‘De Kluut’ (http://www.campspirit.nl/)
Below you find the details about this retreat and how to subscribe. Feel free to forward this mail to other women who may be interested.
About the retreat
Being a woman deeply, fully, means to become wild again, wise again, tender again, and connected above and below. It means to find your place in the world, your power, and relearn to walk and live from there.
During the weekend, we will find deep rest through practicing lying down meditation, we will walk on the earth, sing, listen, be held, guided, inspired…
In silence and in good company, our hearts will have the chance to open, receive, widen and be transformed.
About the facilitator
Born in Barcelona, Spain, in 1976, Gemma Polo Pujol has been teaching deep rest meditation retreats around the world since 2002, mainly with Open Dharma. She lived in India for 10 years and later she created Dharmaloca, a tiny eco-hermitage on the holy mountain of Montsant in Catalonia, Spain, where she runs the Awakening with horses retreats. Especially after becoming a mother, she focused in exploring the beauty of women’s cycles, and now accompanies women to heal, deepen, and rediscover their feminine wisdom, offering retreats for women and personalized guidance.

Accomodation
In the middle of the Veluwemeer, near Harderwijk, lies a small island, called ‘De Kluut’. We will stay on this uninhabited island in the middle of untouched nature with a magnificent water view.
We will sleep in pre-arranged, authentic tents such as Tipis, the well-known Indian-tents, or Yurts, Nomad-tents from Mongolia.
The retreat starts at friday evening the 4th of May and ends at Sunday the 6th of May after lunch.
Costs and Dana (donations)
The costs for the retreat will be 195 euro for the weekend. This includes accomodation, meals, and other expenses that were necessary to make this retreat happen.
Please notice that Gemma’s guidance and sharing’s are offered entirely on donation basis.
This means she offers her time, energy and wisdom freely. At the end of the retreat, you will have the chance to feel in which way her offerings have been nourishing to you, and express your generosity by giving donations to her.
Your support makes possible her full dedication, and the continuity of her retreats.
Thanks for your generosity!
* Donations can be given in cash at the end of the retreat.
