With the company of the goup, the words of wisdom and guidance of Ajay, and the flow of mother Ganga near us, we will dive into exploring the light within.
In the grounds of Saptrishi ashram, a beautiful and powerful setting both in nature and in the midsts of the Indian aliveness, we will combine silent meditations, words of wisdom spoken by Ajay through the ancient Sanskrit books and his own presence, one-to-one genuine guidance, group deep sharing, sunset delights, and devotional chanting.
The retreat is an oportunity to become intimate with your own journey and find your unique way into the light of your heart.

This retreat is facilitated by Ajay and organized by Gemma, a long-term spiritual friend of Ajay.
About Ajay Pal Singh:
Born and raised in India, Ajay has been a true spiritual friend (kalyan mitra) to many since 1988.
Ajay uses his own unique interpretation to modernise and enliven traditional texts, such as the Yoga Vasishta and the Bhagavad Gita.
Ajay is based in Lucknow, where he gives daily teachings and guidance to those that are visiting.

Practical information:
-The retreat is appropriate for people at all experience levels or with no meditation experience.
-Participants are expected to stay for the whole retreat.
-Teachings are given in English.
When
The retreat starts on the 9th of March, 2018 in the afternoon, and will end on the 15th of March after lunch.
Where
The retreat will be held in Saptrishi asram, located in the banks of river Ganga in Haridwar, India.

Accomodation and food
-The accomodation will be in Kutyas, little cottages fitting 2 people in each Kutya.
-The food will be simple and vegetarian.
Cost and donations
-The price per the 6-days retreat with full pension will be 150 Euros (around 12000 INR). This price includes the costs of accommodation, food, and organisational expenses of the retreat.
-Donations: The retreat program is offered completely on donation basis.
(Please note that the amount of 150 € does only cover the expenses made.)
At the end of the retreat you will have the opportunity to express your gratitude and offer back donations towards Ajay’s teachings and guidance.
