With my partner Sophia Style, creator of “Cyclical Woman”, we have brought together more than 20 years of experience in the field of deep rest meditation and the wisdom of the cycles of women and nature.

One of the fruits of this journey together, after having co-led hundreds of retreats and workshops for women, is our online course Medicine Woman: a journey to your center, which has reached over 9000 Spanish-speaking women from all over the world since we launched it in 2019. 

We have also co-created in Spanish a training course for women who want to guide and facilitate rituals, to prepare women to accompany moments of transition through the rites of passage ceremonies.

We are very excited to have translated our online course Medicine Woman: a journey to your center, into English.
