A retreat to open up to life through silence, the practice of deep rest meditation, and becoming intimate with with nature.
About the retreat
In this 6-day retreat in the rural house “Les Gavatxes”, a space of great beauty surrounded by wild nature, we invite you to become intimate with nature, listen deeply and rest fully.
The connection with the elements, the silence, and the group and individual guidance of Gemma, will help you to release layers of conditioning and fears and find rest in a space beyond the mind.
In this inner space we will come into contact with our vital source, where goodness and abundance sprout, and from where we can learn to live manifesting our full potential.
How will we do it?
The 6 days of the retreat will be an inward journey in which the mind will organically calm down, we will find rest and different areas of our being will be transformed.
The retreat will combine silence with some guided moments of sharing from the heart.
We will weave the days with connected movement and nature walks, inspiring talks, guided meditations and silent meditations together.
We will have time for personal integration through creativity.
We will end the days by opening our hearts with meditative songs.
Throughout the retreat there will be optional sessions of individual sessions with Gemma.
About the facilitator:
Gemma Polo Pujol offers Deep Rest meditation retreats, pilgrimages in nature around the world and spiritual guidance since 2002.
Theologian, pilgrim, poet and mother, lived in India for a decade, co-founded Open Dharma in Europe and created a pioneering eco-retreat centre in Spain.
With a wealth of experience of spiritual practices as diverse as contemplation, Zen, Advaita, various forms of devotion and a deep connection to the ancient, nature-based, wisdom traditions; Gemma accompanies and guides each person genuinely to listen to the whispers of their own heart.
Together with Sophia Style, Gemma has co-created and offers the Facilitator and Ritual Guide training, and the online course Medicine Woman: a journey to your center.

Accommodation
The retreat will take place in “Les Gavatxes”, a rural house surrounded by wild nature in the Catalan pre-Pyrenees, Spain.
The house has beautiful apartments and shared wooden houses with 2-3-4 beds and bathroom. Bed sheets and towels are included.
There is also the option to bring your own tent and camp in a space reserved for tents.

Food
The food is vegetarian and made with love.
If you have any allergies or intolerances, please indicate them in the registration form and we will take care of it. To facilitate and honor the work of cooks, we ask you that if it is only about food preferences, you may refrain from them during the retreat. Thank you!

You can arrive with your own vehicle or by bus (http://www.teisa-bus.com) from Barcelona or Girona to Castellfollit de la Roca. There we can come to pick you up or we can organize to share cars to the house.
When?
Starting: Friday the 29th of July at 5:00 p.m.
Finishing: Wednesday the 3rd of August at 4:00 p.m.
Price and donations
The price to cover the 6-day stay, with vegetarian food and all the organizational expenses is:
- € 295 if you stay in an apartment or shared house.
- € 245 if you stay in your own camping tent.
- + conscious donation for the facilitator that you can make at the end of the retreat.
Gemma offers her guidance without any fixed price, as it has been done in many traditions for millennia in the spiritual realm, with the intention of giving space to everyone, and with the beauty of not limiting what is infinite. At the end of the retreat you will have the opportunity to offer donations to Gemma. Thanks for your generosity!
There is a universe of freedom when we offer without a fixed price, both for the one who gives and for the one who receives.

Cancellation policy:
If you have to cancel your place after having made the reservation payment, we will refund the entire reservation minus 10% for administration costs until July 8. After this date we can only refund 50% of the reservation. From July 24 onwards, we will not be able to return your reservation. Thanks for your understanding.
If we have to cancel the retreat due to the pandemic caused by COVID-19, we will refund the entire reservation at any time.
Remember that for this retreat we only have a maximum of 20 places. If you feel that it is time for you to rest deeply in nature’s arms, you are very welcome to join!
